1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days of confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India. For international shipping queries, please contact us directly.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on orders above ₹999.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹999 applies to orders below this amount.
• Any applicable Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience fee will be shown at checkout.

4. Delivery Timelines

• Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days, depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email to monitor its status.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order ID and we will investigate with our courier partner.

7. Undelivered/RTO Orders

If a package is returned to us as undelivered (RTO) due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, applicable shipping charges may be deducted before any refund is processed.
