Cancellation Policy — Paarshiv Prayaan

1. Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us via phone/WhatsApp with your order ID.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery, but applicable shipping charges may be deducted from any refund.
- For prepaid orders cancelled after shipping (where accepted at our discretion), a logistics/shipping charge of ₹[X] will be deducted before refunding the balance.
2. Cancellation by Paarshiv Prayaan
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as:
- Product unavailability or stock issues
- Errors in product or pricing information
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Delivery address being incomplete, incorrect, or unserviceable
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via phone/WhatsApp/email and a full refund will be issued.
